How long does shipping take?
We ship Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays, and are usually shipped from the USA within 2/3 business days. We will e-mail you a shipment notification once your order ships that have a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

How soon will I get a response?
We do our best to respond within 24 hours. (this excludes weekends).
I tried placing an order but it didn’t go through and it’s showing up on my credit card statement as being charged.
This is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank/credit card company. We have already contacted them and they will remove the hold in 3-5 business days. Your order will not be captured, charged or processed.
I forgot to put my discount code in, can you add this after my order is placed?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed we can not add a promo code. Please make sure to put promo codes in at checkout in the “promo code” box.
Can you tell me how I'll be charged for customs and import charges?
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Some delays in shipping may be expected. Orders may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed we immediately begin processing your order and cannot cancel your order.

What if I need to change my address?
Fulfillment starts immediately please double check your address as we are unlikely to be able to update this once your order is placed.
Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility - questions, comments and concerns will have to be directed to your local post office.
Why didn't my discount code work?
Please make sure you entered it correctly. If it still doesn't work, it may have expired.
What if an item in my order is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, e-mail thrashhappymedia@gmail.com with a photo and your order number and we’ll take care of you.
Do you accept PayPal eCheck?
We do! However, your order will not start the fulfillment/shipping process until the the eCheck payment process has cleared which usually takes about 3-5 business days.
Are duties and taxes included with international orders?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.

Quickly and easily return/exchange your item(s) through our Returns Portal! Only US customers will be able to purchase a return shipping label but the returns portal is open to all customers.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Thrash Happy gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. There is a $4.95 fee for return/exchanges. This will be deducted from your store credit return.
We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.
The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged in-store:

What else should I know about the Return Policy?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
- There is a $4.95 fee for return/exchanges. This will be deducted from your store credit return.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.

Pre-order's can not be canceled or edited once the order is placed.
