Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Thrash Happy gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. There is a $4.95 fee for return/exchanges. This will be deducted from your store credit return.
We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. Once we receive your item back, we will issue you store credit for the original purchase amount for you to repurchase. We will accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.
The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be returned:
- Underwear
- Accessories
- Shoes
- Swim & Lingerie
- Beauty
- Sale Items
What else should I know about the Return Policy?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
- There is a $4.95 fee for return/exchanges. This will be deducted from your store credit return.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.

Pre-order's can not be canceled or edited once the order is placed.
